Hmm. What would we call it? True it wasnt a ko, but he downed him to the point Hulk was unable to pursuit? Is it right to assume that? Holding on enough to where youre still conscious, but unable to act.

So Thanos vaporized Thor but only stunned Hulk?

Honestly don't know what happened after that. This Thanos teleport off ending with Hulk getting up dusting himself off. Short encounter.
