*Between Negan briefly taking charge of Rick's group... Then actually saving Rick... This was an awesome issue. droolio

Alexandria is completely f*cked, tho. There's no going back to it, unless they find a way to steer the Walker horde out of it. /shrug

Invincible (2/2):

Phuck yes! 👆

How ****ing bad is invincible now? The art's not exactly helping either.

Complete nosedive after the viltrumite war.

Seeing Maul begging Palpatine , borderline crying, utterly overwhelmed by his power on the ground , in clone wars, took some of the cool factor he once had for me.

Looks like a cool issue though.

The faux-reboot Kirkman randomly decided to do after issue #123 is what wrecked the series, imo. Since then the story itself has been shit(never mind the equally shitty artwork.)

Nosedive of the year for sure, as before that the series was excellent -- one of my favs for sure. Real shame, tbh. ermm

Yeah, the issue itself was a good start. Additionally, the series is only a 4 issue mini, so it's not like Marvel is shoving Maul down our throats(like TCW & Rebels have), which is a good thing.

I like Maul overall, but I get what you're saying. 👆

That better have taxed out Eve's powers for good. Or atleast for the foreseeable future. She even got her leg back ffs lol.

Btw, just read this horrible comment on the letter section of TWD today. The one on the left...

Like, holy shit dude just go write your own comic then.

^ I liked their responses to that guy:

😂

the art's ok, just not the art style that I've come to love in Invincible. It's would be better suited to a different book.

I would say it went downhill after Robot took over the world and not a second before. There's still a little bit of time for Kirkman to make up for some of these mistakes, so I'll wait until it's all over to pass judgment.

Well the last run starts next issue and Ottley(IMO top 5 artist working in comics today) returns to Invincible. I'm still hopeful this can end with a bang.

It can, and most likely will, end decently enough. Regardless, I hate the sharp decline in overall quality, as it came out of nowhere and certainly didn't need to happen... It's almost like Kirkman stopped giving a f*ck about the series(it was already slated to end when the quality-decline began), and focused all of his efforts on his biggest cash-cow: TWD.
