What an anticlimactic ending to Unworthy Thor. Just plain dumb. And that whisper? Ugh, so stupid. Thor was banished to Earth to learn humility and become worthy. How does that whisper render him unworthy? I'm legit annoyed.

Side note: Ultimate Mjolnir was the cause of the teleportation (It responds to Thor's presence even from a distance, they share a unique bond even though he's never encountered this hammer before).

I'm sick of them using Thor like a title. 'A' Thor? It's like someone calling themselves a Clark Kent, a Bruce Banner. Just annoying.

The Hela reveal was so obvious and terrible, her motives are completely unclear. What could she possibly need Thanos for? Also why is Thanos so damn crazy all of a sudden?

How can a whisper do that... XD

The whisper was mediocre, but it was the safe play.

Aaron's disappointing take on Thor continues.

I'm pretty sure they're shifting to a Thanos/Hela relationship to match up to what's going to happen in the films. Explaining the concept of Death the abstract is probably still too comic book-ey for the films so they'll sub in Hela.

I mean I could be wrong but it makes no sense within the comics themselves. Thanos has interacted with the very concept of Death, so probably shouldn't care about Hela.

So the new Quasar is apparently the most powerful hero on Marvel Earth by absolute MILES.

In this week's Captain America, they test a planetary shield. First they hit it with 30 nuclear warheads, which reduces the shield to 99% capacity (so 1% damage).

Next, they get Jane-Thor, Blue Marvel, Hyperion, Spectrum and Starbrand to hit it with everything they have. Their combined assault reduces the shield to 92% (so 7% damage).

Quasar then steps up, and completely solo, knocks the shield down to 51% (so 41% damage) before passing out from the strain. That means her offensive output is roughly 6 times the combined offensive output of Thor, Blue Marvel, Hyperion, Spectrum and Starbrand.

Captain America compares the Quantum Bands to a Galactus or Celestial level power.

****ing seriously? Why was Wendell never given such level of respect and treated like a punk everywhere?

It's a classic.

I have no problem with that.

It's not really surprising, considering Genis-Vell power with the Nega-bands, as they are supposed to be similar.

Because he didn't have a vagina.

Not even joking.

Also Jane-Thor, Blue Marvel, Hyperion, Spectrum and Starbrand combined all-out =~ 200 nuclear warheads. Superman to be more powerful than the entire Marvel combined roster of top heroes confirmed.

This time I am joking.

If you think about it, a so-called Protector of the Universe should have power like that.

That was the most lackluster anti-climatic bullshit

Granted it's vague, but How can Mjolnir be doing the teleporting when no one is even using it
Same reason it specifically summoned that unknown being at the end, maybe?

Regardless, Thor seemed to know the teleportation was about to occur, but he definitely didn't cause it to happen. Thor made it very clear to Bill at the end of the story that he had NO intention of ever using Ult. Mjolnir, as it was not his.

Aside from that, Ult. Mjolnir has always had a mind of its own(so to speak) -- much more of a sentience/consciousness than any other version of Mjolnir I am aware of, at least. Looks like Aaron is just expanding on that quality a bit. /shrug

I'm willing to let carver's BS slide here. Next time a 'Doomsday vs. Hulk' thread pops up, this is the first scan I will use to 'prove' that Doomsday(at his weakest levels, mind you) was also FASTER than Flash:

...Then I will laugh...most enthusiastically...as he stumbles over his own idiotic double-standards. T'will be glorious!!! 😈

Really Galan.

Umm...thats a kinda shit feat for all those top tiers. All of them combined are only worth 210 nukes?

And only 40 nukes a piece?

You really want them to use Millions of Nukes on somebody?
