Cho isn't Banner. He cannot tap into the anger that Banner could.
I am always fair and balanced. I have always said Hulk has the POTENTIAL for infinite strength - but he holds back, or in Cho's case, just isn't angry enough.
Even when in a fight, he's getting mauled by Weapon X rejects.
Sabretooth had to dig him out of that hole, by shooting him in the face, lol.
Otherwise, he's solidly in the She-Hulk/Warpath/Luke Cage tier (Cage can also cause seismic events with his punches).
Thanks. I know Carver is gonna call me a hater or what have you but im just being honest. Cho sucks period. His best feat in that comic was backhanding his own blood to stop those cyborgs (adamantium laced cyborgs iirc) which is cool and ingenious but a footnote not something spectacular given the constant lip service that hes the strongest one there is. Which at this point sounds like hes trying to convince himself as opposed to everyone else.
I just dont get marvels direction with the character. Hes like an Asian Prof Hulk with a superiority complex and a spit curl. He really doesnt even have a reason to be angry. 8th smartest person, billionaire, friends/family, no daddy issues, no split personalities, no shitty relationship with gf/wives, no dead ex wives (jarella, caieira), no psychopathic father in law with the us military at his beck n call to hound him, no son (skaar) whom depowers for a shit reason and then whom he in turn beats up just like his dad did him, no other son( Hiro-kala) that he beat the shit out of and left for dead, no daughter who was basically bfred because there can be only one (that whole arc was a ripoff of highlander btw)..etc.
Cho was so much better as an asian kid with magic math skills. Last time ive seen him actually use his brain in a comic it was to calculate the trajectory of a basketball shot to show off (i shit you not) . She Hulks book doesnt have HALF the issues and despite pacing and lack of action (she only hulked out like once, twice if you count her trashing a junk yard) it is an overrall SUPERIOR book. She even has top billing as Hulk without the adjective (Totally Awesome, seriously?) to force her coolness.
Its been like a DECADE since the last good hulk arc came out and im seriously over the character.
