Is this taking place before current continuity?

Well Highfather is dead in this series(Orion had taken over as ruler of New Genesis), so I'd guess it's either a different continuity all together, OR it takes place at some point in the future. /shrug

You know, as nice as it was, there is ONE thing that bothers me about the IF/Elekta fight.

Elektra could have gotten away. Kind of OOC to engage someone, for no reason.

I guess that's why Bendis had Deadpool talk about doing things just for fun at the start of the comic. And Ennis did establish she's not above messing with someone as dangerous as Castle just for kicks..
