Jesus vs Superman in Vertigo's Second Coming.

SECOND COMING from writer Mark Russell (God Is Disappointed in You, THE FLINTSTONES) with art by Richard Pace (IMAGINARY FIENDS) will debut in 2019

God sends Jesus to Earth in hopes that he will learn the family trade from Sun-Man, an all-powerful superhero, who is like the varsity quarterback son God never had. But, upon his return to Earth, Christ is appalled to discover what has become of his Gospel and vows to set the record right.

Always wanted to see Jesus get punched in the face 👆

You didn't know? Everyone at Marvel right now are necromancer's. They just love to bring back those that should stay dead.

Destroyers is going to be low balled so much now

The Destroyer is probably controlled by baby Odin.

_______

Just look how immortal Hulk is, it took only like half a day to transform from a deadly attack.

On a serious note, I enjoyed the first issue and am looking forward to the run since it has atmosphere and is not pure feat fanservice.

So all Lifebringer had to do was absorb the energy of a single world, and *poof*, he reverted back to the insatiable Galactus?

That literally makes NO f*cking sense... srsly

I preferred him getting shot and instantly transforming to Hulk. He traded instant healing for immortality
