Deadpool is a completely different beast compare to Harley. Deadpool gimmick have always been the breaking of the 4th wall and not really taking anything serious. DP was never shoved down readers throats.

Where as Harley is force down our throats. Hell, anything Batman is force fed to us. Harley should have stay in Gotham, and the most we should see of her is when she teams up with the other Gotham Sirens.

Animal knowing his gimmicks with the yellow Aliens would fit far better.

I also don’t care if no Kryptonians from now on ever interact with the New Gods.

This is what I talk about when it comes to the Bat family. Great characters are ruined to make them look good. The writers believes it makes the story more compelling to have the human outsmart such being, and they believe it makes the story better, but it always proves the opposite.

Was different, man. Was. These days, Harley is mimicking DP all the damn time...

What the ****? DP was forced down readers' throats. Like with Marvel's alternate DP cover for each of their book... or with guest appearances everywhere... or several DP books going at the same time, both canon and non-canon, even at the expense of cancelling other comics.

I agree that this new Harley is not desirable, but neither is DP the way Marvel wanked him in the latest decade or so.

I get it, Harley's change was more drastic maybe, but DP has been forcefully transformed into a money making machine after - ironically - his failure of a debut as Baraka in X-Men Origins movie.
