Character Ownage

Oh my God.

Is that... teenage Abomination... from Superior Iron Man series?

I really hoped that "character" would get forgotten 🙁

Thanos is making all kinds of appearances this week, lol...

Balder vs Thanos. Under Aaron.
This is when you pray for Thanos wank.

I don't think it was good though. I don't want to see Thanos in another quest for the Infinity Gems.

Thanos wank would be alright though. Kind of doubt it turns out well for Thanos though. Gerry doesn't really shit on character's power levels, but he writes some really dumb shit. That Galactus reverting back still makes no ****ing sense.

Aaron really shits on his own writing, doesn't he?

Remember Thor surviving stabbing with necrosword?

😂

Foof. It's implied that he used the same "death", but no death spell on Freyja.

Smh... Come on man, u've been reading comics long enuff to know such things.

I like how you're attributing reasoning to Aaron.

Aaron should have waited an issue and had Thanos kill him imo. Revive him whatever. Imagine how many chairs Rage would throw at a wall over that though

😂

Decent character tbh. He did amazing against Ironman as well.

You'd think it requiring being stabbed in the heart by magic blade (Enchanted by Loki to kill you) to die "but not really" would be a really good showing.

I check back in every Wednesday for goodies like this.

@Abhil: Not sure how that contradicts his amazing piercing damage soak under Aaron vs. Gorr. Would it not do the opposite?

Alright, let's see if this can change your mind. Apparently it takes megatons of power to puncture celestial armor and Avengers don't have that kind of power unless they grow big. Neither does Odin it seems.

Marvel cosmics are a joke.

He was dead, Loki's magic kept him alive sort of.

Thor ruins every scene, I swear.

Not that there was much to ruin there, but still...

I mean WTF happened to Aaron? Giant Sized Avengers? Racer X?

....That's one interpretation.

Regardless, it was still a magical blade enchanted by Loki that did the job AT Thor's behest. Hardly contradict's the God Butcher arc.

So Thor literally held back to death, eh?

No, he didn't. Tony handled him while remote-controlling the suit.

And I'm sorry, but you think that makes him a decent character? Really?

Power has nothing to do with the character being decent... teenage Abomination got pulled out of somebody's butthole and never got a proper arc devoted to himself. He just "was" there.

I like how Iron Man made a Mark 2 of the Godkiller Armor and just kept it hidden away. The Godkiller Armor was above the Dyson Sphere in the same story and we saw how much effort Tony needed to make a Dyson Sphere.

The others were bad as well, but they were somehow better than Tony having that armor. We know how far that technology was above him from the story Aaron referenced and he just whips it out like no biggy.

Which means Tony built something as powerful as Asgard's ultimate weapon which Odin had to steal from someone else. Remember when he needed Odin's help in Fear Itself?

Aaron... should never write solo Iron Man. I can only imagine how inconsistent he'd make him.

What are you referring to??

I don't think Thor can lower his durability like you think I'm saying but he's definitely a character much harder to kill when he's pissed and fighting back. He has enhanced healing, and his vitals function very differently from humans.

Stabbing Thor in the heart or even destroying a vital organ (See Malekith turning kidney to glass) is a lot less effective when he's not letting you.

So "I'm not saying Thor can lower his durability but he totally can".

Whatever, this is not the place.
