Judge Dredd:

😂

The Symbiote God never encountered Thor himself in the first place, it was one of his puppets hanging on strings and Thor cutting those strings off.

So out of curiosity with all this talk, I read the whole issue and..

...holy shit.

You're right.

The Symbiote God was actually a galaxy away, and Thor basically hit a symbiot-possessed creature and it severed the connection between the symbiote God and the hosts.

Now I GOTTA [click here] and read rage's posts.

Thor one-shotting the Symbiote God

What an idiot.

👆

It was one of his avatars. Still an uber feat based on the symbiote god being drawn to earth because of Thor's "light" and claiming that he's never felt this kind of power before. Crazy because he was butchering gods in countless worlds beforehand. Also Thor's "power" effectively phukked his whole set up when he was cut off from his symbiotes.

*The God says that he had never encountered a power like Thor's on any world his Horde had faced.

I don't at all believe said statement implies that Thor =/> Celestials. Just that he was possibly more powerful/unique than any being on any other world the Horde had invaded.

The Horde obviously never encountered the Celestials.

Does being a Superman fan make you dumb or are dumb people just drawn to Superman?

You quoted my original post four pages ago to his scans before I read the issue and only saw Parmaniac's scans.

I thought ANOTHER post making it clear I hadn't read the actual issue two pages ago would make it clear I wasn't aware of the entire context:

The dialogue and the scans you posted definitely imply Thor >>>> Symbiote God, but I haven't read the entire issue, perhaps there is more context. I don't particularly care. I just don't like this new origin for the Necrosword. It's kind of shitty and cheapens it.

Perhaps the most confusing thing, is that I pointed out Thor one-shotting his GRENDEL (The God's avatar) and frying his connection across the the entire Galaxy (Correction: Universe) was still pretty impressive:

I dk. I still think Thor's lightning being able to one-shot his Grendel and severe his connection across the entire Galaxy is pretty impressive. Regardless, this Symbiote God is apparently another new God powerful AF.

You admitted to only JUST reading the issue in this very post after commenting on it multiple times but are calling me dumb when I've pointed out on various occasions I hadn't read the issue yet and then clarified the actual feat?

facepalm

Exactly and I have no problem with that but acting like Thor one shotted the Symbiote God is like saying Robin one shotted Starro the Conquerer when he one shots an ordinary citizen with a Starro parasite.

100%.

Another non-feat from Thor. Will make a fine addition to my collection.

I don't think one Marvel writer would imply this of Thor (or Odin) compared to the Celestials. Not sure if some idiot fans would not infer it though.

So you didn't read the issue at the point you said this:

Thor one-shotting the Symbiote God AND severing his connection to his symbiote horde

?

The first part is explicitly wrong, as not only was the Symbiote God not the one fighting Thor, he was a galaxy away.

In case you want to back down from your absolute incapacity to understand comic books you've read just a minute ago, and say that you mean Thor one-shotting Symbiote God was you trying to say he severed the connection, I put an emphasis on the "And" part, to remind you [since you're so dumb] that you presented them as two separate things.

Back on ignore you go, dumby dumb dumb.

I think even carver can understand comics better than you. He stays visible.

How much do you bet in a few years time, the new "generation" will make a "Mythbuster" thread, where a ragey Jr. will be debunked for using it as proof of Thor being more powerful than Celestials?

Time is a flat circle.

U edited so many times, but came to essentially the same conclusion.

Obvs no one believes Thor > Celestial. If we are to believe every proclamation in comics then Thor is the "greatest of all gods".
Like I said comics are inconsistent as phukk.

I'm not at all sure why Knull couldn't regain control of them afterward..? I mean, he was already controlling all of the Symbiotes from that distance just fine beforehand, so why couldn't he just recontrol them?

....Though I suppose that for the story to progress, he sort of HAD to lose control. /shrug

I assume contact with the "light" gave them thought independence.

So they 'saw the light' sort to speak.

It's like the saying "Once you go light, you never go black"

Or something.

It's a really deep metaphor.

😂

U know Phil u do act like u find piss in ure cereal every morning, but this was pretty funny.

You'd love me if I was a thorbag.

That's pretty much what I got as well.

Knull can only work with a completely blank slate, and can only control the Symbiotes en gros when they are bonded with "lesser creatures"(like animals and shit.) If that slate is compromised(in this case by light/life), he effectively loses control.
