That same blast doesn't do any more damage to Nighthawk and Cap, lol.

Team books, amirite?

One of the tropes I have always found hilarious in team books and team ups. There is always some ray blast or punch or explosion that can knock out the heroes equally no matter the power difference, then they all wake up basically unharmed instead of say Thor waking up next to a red stain on the ground.

Yeah. It then begs the question....

Is it a high showing for Nighthawk, taking (not tanking) a blast that KOs Allfather Thor/Phoenix, or a low showing for those two Skyfather/Abstracts....or both?

The presence of collateral damage is meaningful. Its absence isn't.

This happens in non-team books as well. So, what would we conclude as low and high showings since these things can happen in solo adventures as well? Let me know because the Workd Forger ft happened in a team book.

Odin-Force Thor's career has been amusing, to say the least. Really putting that mid-herald in the skyfather.

😆

I'm sure she can, if she puts her heart into it...

Nobody cares that after an ancient Hand ceremony, Daredevil became the King of the Fist that apparently amped everyone in the Fist, including Foggy Nelson to superhuman levels?

Ok, sure.

Interesting.

Completely unrelated.

"My pert yet pallid posterior."

I imagine the writer has a notebook full of Sinister quips that pop into his head.

^ I could be wrong but I currently credit Kieron Gillen with Sinister's current entertaining persona. Unless prior to when Gillen was writing Utopia-era X-Men, Mr. Sinister was always this entertaining?
