Anyway I tried to find some clue in the game manual or the cinematics and conversation ingame to confirm what gender he/she is, but couldn`t find any. There is a lot of talk about Leo`s family, but words like son/daughter/he/she are always avoided.

lol Yeah even in his/her intros and interviews they never mention it.

The face looks like that of a little boy not a girl.
The nose is kinda big for a girl.
And his build is clearly a boy look at how broad the shoulders are.

As for the face, I disagree.

I think Leo`s gender is deliberately left unclear. There is a very very slight hint at female forms, and he/she is probably the only character you can`t customize to show at least some upper body skin. Even how the character moves offer little clue either way.
