I hope not, hopefully he is in this "container" just totally ****ed up and in stasis or something, if it's just the symbiote I want to know how they got it back and what happend to Cassidy. Most likely reentered atmosphere and Cassidy's body burnt away or something but still that would suck...

EDIT: Something I want to know is who the hell are these 2 Biomass soldiers, the stuff looks like symbiotes.

I think Cletus is dead. I've read somewhere that they might put the symbiote on a woman, but I doubt it'll be Shriek.

As of how the symbiote got "back" there are two possibilities, one more likely than the other. 1st: it somehow survived reentry or piggybacked on something returning to earth. 2nd: The one that is less likely due to writers forgetting/not knowing about is that the Original Carnage symbiote is still with Venom. The symbiote from the Negative Zone was the one Cletus last wore.

Cassidy might very well be alive, I remember readin in some files (think they were either Nick Fury's or Tony's) that the symbiote that got ripped apart seemed to be hostless.
