I don't think that cybernetic legs return is canon is it?

And now that I think of it, its not fair to down Maul for losing to Obi Wan. He schooled Qui-Gon and him at the same time, killed the former, and only lost to Obi-Wan due to an obvious fluke while his guard was down after he already outclassed Kenobi.

What disadvantage was Qui-Gon at? Sounds like BS to try to make his death look better.

though her looks aren't what i like about her (not mainly anyway).

I think Maul was better than Qui-Gon and Kenobi but that is only because Maul was just a suped brawler/fighter. It was what he trained for. He would get tooled in a Force Match though.

But Maul I think would make Kenobi work for it.

I remember reading something saying Anakin was weaker as Darth Vader than he was just before being put in the suit. Something to do with losing mid-chlorians from the lava burns and losing limbs. Is there any truth to that?

Being a Jedi Master wasn't an indication of lightsaber skill though. At least in the EU/lower canon levels, it was more about your connection to the force and the like.

That was why Masters could get straight up bitchslapped, while others were absolute beasts.
