Issue #18:

Twistelli is traveling incognito in the subway so that he?s out of reach.
A couple of guys try to mug him.

Vincent, one of Twistelli?s men, who just happens to be the guy the Vatican police is after, fights one of the members of the said police. He wins the fight, but is taken by surprise and badabing badaboom 😛 He?s ok though?..just scratches

Issue #19:

The Curse provides Twistelli with weapons and the address of Keene, the leader of the small group of Vatican soldiers.

Further explanations. Vincent is basically there to ?change? Hellspawn from evil to good. Cog tells him that?s not a hugely great idea. The Vatican police want to keep the knights templar (Vincent) from turning Spawn to good. (f*cked up huh? I love it 😄 )

Afterwards, Twistelli meets up with The Curse who makes him call Vincent over. When Vincent gets there, The Curse attacks both Twistelli and Vincent, kidnapping Vincent.

In the end, Twistelli is in hospital, but alive. Vincent however is quite dead. No one is sure about The Curse.

Issue #20:

Issues 20 and 21 tell the story of Raenis.
Chronos fathered two species. The Titans, and the Gods. Before Zeus killed Chronos and imprisoned the titans in Tartarus, Chronos had a child with a human woman. The child was called Raenis and was half-human, half-titan, with awesome potential for power later on in life. Scared of prophesies, Zeus tracked him down, killing the centaurs that were defending him and threw the young man/titan into a volcano. He died and instead of going to Hades? realm, went to Hell. There, he was transformed by Malebolgia into a Hellspawn. And now he?s back with a vengeance 😈

These two issues are BEYOND awesome. Showing how one Hellspawn (given, an incredibly powerful host) killed the Greek Gods and such?..i?m going to post both issues almost fully??because they just kick too much ass.

Issue #22:

This issue deals with Ryan Hatchett, an average teenage kid. He thinks his life is crappy, because his family is this and that, and his girlfriend was making out with another guy and bla bla bla. So he decides to commit suicide. When he does so, he suddenly wakes up in a new world. I?d say it?s some sort of ?inner? hell of some sort?Especially since it?s been made abundantly clear that all suicide victims go to Hell.
In this world, the Spawn that came was called ?Zombie Spawn? because his powers turned people into zombies who started to feed and spread it and etc. etc. a la land of the dead.
He?s bitten and turns into a kickass guy with a craving for Spawn blood.

This is a very funny issue. Funny as in evil, mind you. I don?t want any of you to actually take this issue seriously. Ryan is in his own personal hell, where he keeps getting his hopes up, and keeps failing and disappointing himself on and on. Feeling his soul get depraved more and more, etc. etc. Don?t for an instant think that a zombie teenager could take on a Spawn 😂

Issue #23:

Issues 23 and 24 deal with how Overt-kill came into being, and what happened to him. They?re really touching and a nice read. Truthfully I liked it because I never would?ve expected a ?brick? character to be so intricate.

Dr. Eylan Hessman is a genius in many fields, including robotics and genetics. When his father died, he was trying to create some process through which his mind could be maintained in a new body that would be a mesh of robotics and flesh. He didn?t know how to do it exactly and his father died and was lost to him.

But just as he found Nicholas in Naples, he was shot and killed by a rival mob. He made a deal with Nicholas? former boss to give him a superhuman cyborg in the form of his brother if he gets the proper money.

After he got killed by Spawn, Dr. Hessman looked for all his body parts, to reconstruct him.

Issue #24:

Area 51 exists. Or rather, a huge prison complex that houses very dangerous people. One of them is Jonathan Able Unger, aka Pandemic.
He was the most patriotic person you?d ever meet. Joined the Navy and eventually got to be a captain of his own battleship.
But then he started to understand how much corruption exists in the Navy, government, etc. etc. He started gathering evidence and such, and eventually confronted people about it. In order to make him step back, his fiancée and parents were killed.
They tried beating him up, torturing him, etc. to make him tell them where he put all the documents comprising the information he learned, but he wouldn?t give in.
He was put in a maximum security prison that he escaped from. Eventually they had to build a prison just for him. He escaped in 4 months and killed everyone there. And then they put him in the prison in area 51 where he?s been waiting for a year.

Some government officials tell him that Overt Kill was responsible for the murder of his dear ones (which is true, only they TOLD him to do it). They offer him the chance to kill Overt Kill. (since last issue, Overt Kill?s been looking for Spawn to avenge himself and his brother. He thinks he killed him because of Spawn somehow?).

This issue deals with a teenager called Harley. For a month, a demon?s been trying to take possession of his body. He?s kept fighting it off, but when one of his best friends decides to go out with the girl he had a thing for, all hell breaks loose.
