Who was that person speaking to? Personally, I think if someone says something insulting you should either report them or ignore them. That's what the Report option is for. It will be dealt with in due course and changing the rules won't have any impact on whether obnoxious people insult others.

I have to say Sir Whirlysplat that, more than once, you have given cause to hate speech yourself. Furthermore, I can count the amount of times you reported a thread on my 2 hands. Perhaps it would be more constructive if you actually acted upon what your mouth is full of.

I have never used hate speech I have asked questions like "Should I" I have never stated a personal opinion on much except I did not believe anyone sane could justify Hitlers actions or that I did not think being gay was like being part of an ethnic community. No hate speak here. Please show me the post🙂

And Yes I don't report much... Because I do not think generally the mods are supportive, I will make exceptions I think Ush, Backfire and WindDancer are excellent. Some oithers let personal perceptions interfere to much.
