With these limits , I pick Thor Girl.
I assume Mach 10 is reserved for running speed in atmosphere.
Intelligence: Normal (4/10)
Strength: Superhuman Class 75 (9/12)
Speed: Warp speed (12/12)
Durability: Superhuman (7/14)
Energy Projection: Able to discharge multiple forms of energy
Fighting Skills: Normal
Superhuman powers: Thor Girl possess the near-ageless, superhumanly strong and durable physique of an Asgardian goddess. She formerly possessed virtually limitless cosmic power; her tears contained power which could be tapped via the use of the Chalice of Ruins and the Illumination Stone but which would destroy anyone using the Chalice alone. In at least one alternate future, she will regain all of her near-limitless power as the Spirit of the Jewel.
Paraphernalia: Thor Girl carries a mystic hammer to use as a striking or throwing weapon; it returns to her after striking its target. She can slo use it to fire energy blasts, control the weather, and fly; by striking it against the ground, she can change herself to human form and back again

sorry she's way to fast and her blast power is well past ironmans.

Thor Girl pretty much has all the abilities of Thor, which is way too muchGhostrider is well outside the "killability" limit
Her strength and durability doesn't exceed Thing's limits. Her speed in atmosphere isn't determined; Warp speed is for outer space.
I don't think she can do a Godblast, so she can't be off Iron Man's level.
Who has ultimate say about who's allowed? Spider and Dizzle together?

Tarene copied all of Thor's abilities when she decided to become "Thor Girl"
she put up a good fight against Gladiator
