Yeah, sure, but the other contestants get a say in whether they think it's ok or not. Seeing as how my choice and stormfront' weren't considered too powerful by the rest of the guys and they were ok'ed by SS, they're ok. You need to specify from the get-go whether it's pre or post crisis.
And like Scoob said, you're gonna need scans, not just issue numbers.
