2. Other people are suffering more than I do at this very moment, I must have compassion for them.
3. I must not take myself this serious. I have no self, but I'm intimately connected to everything else in the universe.

As one of you said, acceptance and forgiveness i suppose. You'd practically hurt yourself by wanting to change something that can't possibly change, like the death of a loved one, how other people think, certain defects which you may have, or whatever.
However, for me, this is mostly theoretical 😬
