Which was it? I can't remember.
Nope, it's for you trying to be a sneaky bastard and no one else is paying attention.

Oh, when did Dizzle approve Ultimus for Scoob? I would have banned him.
Meh. He seems another case of the "healing factor+actual durability" thing, more than being way over the limits in either one. Deadpool can heal back limbs in a minute or two... If he's well beyond this, please tell me about it. If not, the caps are a bit higher than you thought, I guess.
Radioactive Man seems comparable to Thing, strength wise. Possibly a little stronger, but not by a whole lot. And I have yet to see him discharge any amount of energy in a single blast that is comparable to the output of a nuclear reactor, but if he has, that will ALSO get him banned.

Non-comic characters (books are the exception)"Killability" means that one must be able to take no more damage than Thing. This mostly applies to the transferring of one's consciousness, like Iceman, Hydroman, or Sandman. These characters have much less durable bodies than Thing, but will not be killed if their bodies are destroyed, and are therefore much harder to kil than Ben. That is bad, they are banned. Killability does NOT apply to "immortals" like Deadpool or Deathstroke, since they can be disabled for fairly long pieces of time.
