You want another Transformer who falls within strength limits, there are a lot. Brawn is about 95 tons; Gears is a little below him, and can fly in robot mode. Or Wheeljack; he can fly and has a lot of weapons.

And as far as the molecules - he can't do it himself. He needs help from a higher power for it to possibly happen. Unlike characters such as Swamp Thing or Hydroman, who can put their consciousness elsewhere and reform on their own.

Umm...yeah, but he apparently can heal from any damage he is caused unless it's molecular dispersion. "able to regenerate injured or missing brain cells, tissue, limbs or organs": So basically he can heal everything in his body.
