Ok I can see people disagreeing with Major disaster he is too powerfull

But can i please keep Red Tornado. I mean while He can create stronger gusts of win the Storm can thats basicly the only powers he has are that and flight and super strength while Storm can channel almost as strong winds and lightning and can control the other weather elements which I think makes her more powerful then Red Tornado.

So can I please keep Red Tornado
