I wanted Gambit but if nobody disapproves i'd like to use Electron. He's COMPLETELY within the rules so i don't see why not 🙂 (don't even dare say he's Magneto-lite. He's never EVER shown anything even close to Magneto's awesome power.)

making someones powers unreliable and actually affecting something like eyesight, hearing, touch is totally different. besides, you of all people should know bios are wrong sometimes, i mean namor can only lift around 80 tons right DC?
what if the character's abilites aren't metahuman? i mean what if all their powers are natural to their species.... like an a Skrull.... would it affect their ability to change shape even though that ability isn't considered meta?
i don't think she could do that, like i said, she doesn' t totally take away powers. now if she were against warbird or something, then she might be able to do something, because there isn't a full species of people like warbird, but still not be able to take away her powers.
another question, people have limited their characters, and taken away powes to use them, could i just take away her ability to affect anyones abilities, because i'm not even interested in using them, because she can't even fully take them away.

Phantazia has a power over electromagnetic harmonics. She is capable of sensing the presence of various forms of energy in her environment, including detecting electronic systems and the atmospheric distortion that signals a teleportation effect. When in the field, Phantazia is capable of levitation and drapes herself in a large cloak, leaving the impression that there's no body underneath. It seems she may transform at least partially into an electromagnetic energy form, but why it only happens from the neck down isn't clear.
