Please, compared to the other heavy hitters in this tourney? Radiation Man? Multi-Wendigo? That was impressive, but soon after he got beat down by Cyborg. He's not unbeatable by any means at the levels I want to use him.

Except for personal shields, he doesn't do the hard light constructs. Those things in the scan weren't touching the girl, whatever they were.

He was attacked by two dozen or so Titans - Flash, Starfire, Tempest - ... and winning... before Cyborg downed him. From appearances anything that has a light aspect he can absorb/control.

But yay or nay, is up to Dizzle... and thesilverspider where ever he is.

Yes, most energy isn't gonna do too well. That's why I picked him. Still, someone far under the strength caps for this tourney knocked him out.

He wasn't really knocked out after the big fight and after Cyborg pummelling him and a blast from Starfire... he was still gloating.

He couldn't stand, and was mumbling. He was chained up and everyhting. And, again, there will be much stronger characters than Cyborg in this thing.

Took a second look at Green Arrow #56. I'm not sure.. but it seems like he can also travel as a beam of light now taking down whatever's in his path???

Then look again. He was directing the beam of light that came from the television from that broom closet or whatever it was that had a map of the school, so that he would know where to direct it.

I'd still say he's iffy... Surviving from geting hit by Cyborg isn't anywhere near the caps either way. For tourney purposes, he can't use hard light constructs. One could make a case that he could based on that one scan, but that's all that side would have. And if Khell chooses to argue that way, TOAA will find some painful way for Dr. Light to die and be permenantly removed from the tournament. Pirating energy isn't banned either. Wondergirl's actually IN this tourney, and Light didn't do anything like physically overpowering Superboy. Again, he's never teleported anyone, and he didn't use it in battle. For tourney purposes, the tactic wouldn't be possible.

I think he's borderline, but still acceptable. If Khell hypes him up too much, he gets squished. God damn, I love TOAA...

Let's say, you can communicate with animals by using their own speech, tell them what to do and they normally are compelled by mother nature itself to listen and obey.
Then, you're forced to fight 100 big ass animals, would telling them to fight each other be a banned tactic?
