if this is a war then frank wins...solid may be good with stealth and all but frank is too...hell in nam' all he fought were guys who used stealth...like the monkey...this guy was one of the best snipers in the war...he went up against punisher and got capped you know how...monkey sent out someone to get sniped by frank to see where frank was shooting from...the guy got shot...monkey fired and missed...frank put a pair of benoculars next to him so it looked like he fired from a different position..then frank shot monkey right through his eye peice...don't say frank isn't good with stealth and this was thrity years ago...frank takes down snake...if he could die from bullets then frank can kill him...and yeah i know snake could do exactly the same but frank is better skilled than snake and fights dirty...

The End was the best sniper in the World and Sniper Wolf too and they both were taken down by Big Boss and Snake. And Snake is not only good at stealth but at war as well. Snake wins.
ex marine vs genetically superior super soldier. hand to hand or guns snake wins. snake is pretty much batman with guns, he doesn't rely on sheer firepower as much as punisher
punisher picks on goons and thugs.....
snake fights armies of genetically engineered genome soldiers, mystical shamans/psychics/vampires..powered up madmen and hordes of metal gears..not to mention cyborg ninjas...and a genetically superior copy of himself.

yeah and the same might go for me after you said punisher could take anyone and everyone. You dont have any right to say my opinions are wrong just cause you dont like them your the one who was saying solid snake would lose and not backing it up with any proof that really counted sept oh well franks done this and that for this long blah blah blah frank can take on anyone blah blah blah franks better then marv cause i say so even though he hasnt had the weapons to put down marv permanatly not on him anyway.
