And Captain America isn't one of the best fighters in the Marvel universe? He doesn't have precise striking power? Nor has he ever done anything like knock down steel doors, or the like. Brick and trees are nothing to guys like Captain America and Bruce.

I don't remember where exactly I posted, however, I believe I said something along these lines:

Steve (No shield or chainmail) versus Bruce (No suit or gadgets) - Steve, 8/10
Captain America (Shield and chainmail) versus Batman (Suit and gadgets) - Captain Ameica 6/10.

Captain America vs. Batman with prep - Batman 10/10.

You see, everyone approximates Captain America and Batman as close equals. In every regard.

While I agree with this in the skill department, I don't see how Bruce is even CLOSE to physically equal to Steve.

As I mentioned, Batmans BEST lifting feats are several hundred pounds under Captain America's norm. I've never seen Bruce run a one minute mile. I have seen Captain America show off better durability, better longevity. Arguably better reflexes, AND, he has an indestructable shield.

Approximating equal skill, with all of this? In a hand to hand fight? Batman goes down. Often. Adding in Bruce's gadgets? He makes it almost equal. With prep?

Steve's ****ed. :-P.

Eh I wouldnt say Bats with prep is a 10/10, more like 8 or 9 out of 10 😬

Cap with prep would do better against Bats with prep than Cap without prep, which would end up like Bats 7/10

Hey I think the pic presented is from Civil war # 3 not spiderman 534.

And in Civil War Cap. did not go to work on spiderman, Spiderman was playing with him the entire time and in turn dodged every punch cap threw.

Maybe Cap worked on spiderman in spiderman 534 but not in civil war which is the pic you presented
