Imageafter and Morguefile don't require you to register; you have to register for SXC but it's free to sign up. Frankly it's worth doing so, SXC is probably the largest free stock site around.

I usually reserve that for people who refuse to follow the rules or just severely piss me off. I think I've only actually ever barred one person.
