Yep. I'll go see it too, I'm sure. I'm just expecting a kinda cool horror movie.

Hey CA, off topic, but did you ever get around to watching Cannibal Holocaust?

I gotta say, I'm deathly afraid to watch Cannibal Holocaust, and it's all because of you, Backfire! That movie sounds like it will give me nightmares for life.

Nah, you've seen worse, it has some graphics moments, but it's not nearly as disturbing as TCM, Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer or Man Bites Dog.

Okay, but didn't you mention that there's a scene where someone gets gang raped and then eaten??? That is just, oh man . . . that just freaks me out thinking about it.

Yeah, but you don't see much.

Okay, I'll see if netflix has it right now, and I'll put it in my Queue. I'm deeply mortified, I hope you know, but I do love a good horror film when it gets under my skin, there's just something about it.

Well, I just put it in my queue, but it said "availability still unknown" ???

Then it recommended I see 'I Spit On Your Grave', which I saw like seventeen years ago when my mom started letting me see rated r movies. Have you seen 'I Spit On Your Grave', Backfire?

Oh yeah, I own it. It's a classic, it's exaggeration of it's rape scenes are a thing of legend.

I'm afraid to take a bath with a woman because of that movie.

Oh man, that scene is also legendary, makes me cringe big time.

I wonder if they left during the first part of the movie....? It was TOTALLY perverted at the beginning, but I loved it otherwise 🙂

No, My Friends Boyfriend went and saw it and told her all about it.

I went and saw Hostel today- and there were so many people that said this movie was going to be sick and scary and gorey and scary...blah blah... it was so boring... all the guys were typical American Pie horney guys and the girls were idiots.

the gore was stupid, and it just wasnt scary at all... I want my money back 🙁

So it should of been called Saw III hey 😂

The musical score in the Trailer even sounded like that of "Saw".

I'm still going to go see it, simply out of insatiable curiosity. My hopes, however, aren't too high.

I noticed that about the gore looking stupid from a few clips I have seen.

I will probably watch it when it comes on TV not gonna pay to see it though.

petpet I'm sorry ...🙁

The film was simply advertised wrong. It reminds me of the story in "Pinocchio". This simply isn't a horror film at all, it's more of a moralistic study.

They do have to advertise it as a scary, gory, and a horror film though, to make a profit in America.
