DC Earth is quite big and resourceful (like Marvel Earth), with Swamp-Thing, Phantom Stranger and army of Mystics and Superheroes who are used to fight Universal meanies.

Celestials and Imperiex are pretty much a few leagues above those. Admittedly, it wouldn't be a stomp.

Personally I rate the Celestials higher than Imperiex's proves, but its still a heck of a fight.

Imperiex is above Celestials but unless Dc earth can mystically amp the Spectre they don't have much of a chance.

Yep. I know in a comic both earths would somehow survive, but on here both earths would be decimated.
