O I'm not really arguing, im much more in agreeance, the only thing im debating is that he moved those planets at super speed, or some sort of very high level reality/matter manipulation to keep them together while he moved them slowly.
It's comic book science at work. Giving it an explanation(and in this case a new power we all know doesn't exist) that hasn't been backed up by any source material is plain speculative. It doesn't need that much explanation really.
Hulk sure could use that in case of his unbelievable one-size fit all pants.

None the less its still a strength and speed feat for him (SBP), and is shown clearly on panel that he moves a galaxy worth of planets from one side of the universe to the other, almost instantly.

It is, no denying that.
The only thing that still hangs on is the fact that his powers seeminly fluctuated all the way through IC. From moving a planet and everything, then having some of his punches produce not much lethal effect and semi-top tiers like superboy.

Those can be explained, the reason he didnt instantly kill Conner is because of the court case going on at the time, DC lost the rights to him and had to get rid of him, thus they gave him a good showing for his going away.
Secondly, when he came back from where the flashes took him, he was severely weaker then he was before due to being without yellow sunlight for 3-5 years; that is why he built the suit so it could recharge his empties cells.
The suit was charging him yes, but SBP was expending near constantly the energy he was recieving from the suit, the momment he loses the suit when he flys through the red sun, he only has the energy left from the suit due to no yellow sunlight near by and his cells and reserves being empty, thus he used heat vision till his reserves ran out from what ever small ammount the suit charged.
P.S. SBP is not weak to red sun radiation, as avalon has posted the scans showing him immune to it. When he and the other supermen flew through the red sun, the other supermen were instantly depowered but SBP still had his energy left (what ever small ammount he had left from the suit charging him that he didnt expend already), he showed this when he did heat vision.
Or it could be because his got more energy storage than both Supermen, I know thats just speculation but its exactly desame thing your saying.....Really i read the links and wizard today and nothing was stated of him being depowered, infact it says he lost all his energy reserves when progtecting himself from the redsuns rays while Superman lost his powers for 1 year... Again theres just no proof to what you are saying, we need some actual evidence, scans... Im not being an ass, I just want the truth and nothing but the truth..lol
