Depends what attack she is using. Moves like Kikouken or Lighting Kicks aren't going to do shit. And moves like Houyokusen well do some damage, but takes a while to charge up for it

yes he can avoid it. Even if she was doing something else to lure pete in close as soon as she decides to do that move he would be warned and webline out of the area before she is even finished thinking of doing it.

The being faster then him really doesn't matter since he avoids things much faster then he is on a daily basis. The omnidirectional part can be countered by simply getting out of the way far enough.
