Spiderman: Can lift up to 10 tons

Chun-li: can contend with bullets and has lightning quick legs.
Spiderman: Same as chun.
Technique
Chun-li: She's been involved in martial arts since the age of 5 after she saw a bruce lee movie,She can read body movements,Hit pressure points and manipulate Ki.
Spiderman: Fighting wise spiderman is a joke without his powers, he's a genius but he is not fighting smart.
Conclusion: this reminds of the battle between the hulk and captian america, The hulk had the advantage in power but cap believed hitting hulks pressure points would be effective he managed to send hulk flying through the door, the fight had no winner but it goes to show you skill>power spiderman is powerful but he's just a "Nerd with Powers" so aside from powers and book smarts (Which help's alot) He can't match chun's in fighting ability

Fighting wise Spidey has his own style. He's not a total idiot when it comes to fighting.
Strength wise he was in the 15 ton Strength range before his powerup. His strength and speed and most of his other powers have been recently upgraded just a few issues ago. Still not clear how much stronger exactly though.

you just listed his powers, he lacks technique he would get owned in hand to hand combat, and also lifting power doesn't equate to striking power I doubt a pro weight lifter can punch as hard as a pro boxer or vice verser I doubt a pro boxer can lift as much as a pro weight lifter spidey can't fight without his powers nor could he ever fight in the first place the end
Well to me its a battle of wits, because you gotta think about it chunli is super fast and she punches consistently and she has a normal amount of balance and she is a great melee fighter but shes slow in ranged fire but once you unite her punches and kicks together they pack quite a punch but see because she has a slow fire rate from ranged spiderman with his great reflexes and spidey sense would easily no doubt get through them and like chunli spiderman is quick and powerful but he is not consistent and he is only great at fist fighting and his webs otherwise chunli would kick his ass there using her ultimate move. In other words i think chunli could only win of her kicks and consistent punches or spiderman will win because he will get her in the web moves and his spidey sense.
Oh man, it seems that nobody ever knows enough about both characters on these kinds of threads. Let me break it down.
First of all, to anyone who is doubting Spidey's fighting prowess, crack open a comic book once in a while
The guy has beaten daredevil, punisher, kingpin, and wolverine. All characters who are excellent martial artist. He even took on the whole Xmen team during the Secret Wars, single handedly. The guys a fighting master. He has even taken out Thors villains, and has beaten the hulk and the juggernaut in a fight. In short, his fighting experience puts chun li's to same. He could take her down with one punch, while pulling his punches, if he had wanted to.
Next, Spiderman had barely lost to Silver Surfer(one of the most powerful marvel characters of all time), who had tied Galactucus in terms of power. Yet in his first fight with Fire lord(someone who beat Silver Surfer on his first try), he straight up pwned him. Keep in mind, fire lord can level cities in an instant.

thats only because you're using the " X-men vs SF // Marvel vs SF // Marvel vs Capcom " chun li that they upgraded with a giant ball supermove.... use the real chun li (SF alpha or SF3)
and you do know that they downgraded marvel characters to fight street fighters right?.... I mean cyclops can just yank off his visor and belt out unending pain.. spidey can most likely do much worse since his strength level is much higher
