By posting quotes directly from the Bible, I have illustrated that the creation story in Genesis 2 does not supplement the creation story in Genesis 1, it contradicts it. If the creation story in Genesis 2 simply elaborates on the creation story in Genesis 1, then both stories would say the same thing, and they do not.

That's a good point. I actually argued that point with an English teacher of mine. His answer was that it was the concensus of literary scholars that have led the academic world to their conclusions. But, that doesn't imply what people are actually thinking when they pen these works.

You would be better off asking "Could there be existance without set laws?" The answer would be "You couldn't recognize it as existance, therefore you could not know." And you'd be back at square one.
Laws exist naturally. This is evident. Assuming that they have to exist because of a designer or intent is assuming the carriage came before the horse. Likewise, if such laws did NOT exist, you couldn't identify anything and the point would be moot. So apparently laws are neccessary for us to even ask the question.
4.) HOW did matter get so perfectly organized?
This is a question of human perception. Just because the human mind sees patterns doesn't mean there really is order there.

This question presupposes that there IS order. Energy is apparently neccessary for the laws of the unverse to exist. Therefore, you need to first realize that such laws exist, that energy exists, and then let it lie. You cannot make any assumptions or answers regarding this with current information, so why bother?
6.) WHEN, WHERE, WHY, and HOW did life come from dead matter?
When and where? On earth, presumably, a long time ago, though it's possible we're decended from alien bacteria. *Insert Conspiracy Theory/Erich Daennakin theory here*.
Why? You assume that there is a why, and that even if there is, it can be learned by just anyone.

If it's part of the universal laws of nature, it wouldn't need any of the above explained. Really, 250,000 isn't enough to find the answer to these questions.
