I saw in the What IF scans where Punisher becomes Venom and he can mimic a human disguise, which has the symbiote covers all over his body. I am trying to make a point here that if Brock has the symbiote covers all over himself like his own skins, can Brock die under attacks? Thx.

No, unless high temperature or sonics used. Cutting him or fireing at him can't do any harm. He can be knocked down with brute strength for some time but would recover pretty fast. That's why Spider's punches have no effect on him, and he easilly takes attacks from guys like Juggernaut.

Venom can be hurt by those. He gets worn down and eventually they start taking effect. There was one comic where he created shields to protect someone from an extreme amount of gun fire and eventually he started to get weaker and was unable to keep their form. I think someone came in and helped him out. Also if Juggs wanted to he could knock Venom out in one punch, probably even kill him.

You must be talking about Venom - The Mace books. In that issue he was fired with lasers and Venom himself said they burnt him, that's why he had to put his shields up and still had trouble with blocking lasers. Because at that time his resistance to heat was not as high as now. Venom was cut THROUGH by Wolverine's clawas and Wolverine once cut off hand of Venom's clone. All that never hurt the hosts. And it pretty much proves that symbiote doesn't only covers body but they become ONE with the host. And as for bullets, they were always useless against him.
And what do you mean by "if Juggs wanted"? He punched Venom like ten times in their first fight and many times in further fights. And Venom never was koed. In their first fight Juggs had to push him into toxins to get rid of him. And taking punches from Juggernaut is not the only time he took class 100 punches without getting knocked out. He fought Hulk and Ironman as well and they couldn't take him down with brute force as well. So Venom can't be taken down with guns, knifes or brute strength. Sonics and heat only.

Venom has been taken out by a piece of flaming paper, and some minor flames recently. His fire surviving ability isn't what it used to be.
Besides, juggernaut nearly killed Venom in their first time as Venom didn't have time to recover. So I'd say it's possible to defeat him with brute force.

It happened not recently but pretty long time ago, look at his fight with sin-eater. Rocket launcher and dozens granades with flames had no effect on him.

And Juggernaut had to push Venom into toxins to take him down for some time, Venom was also distructed by mercury virus calling him when Juggernaut punched him into toxins. To be fair to Juggs, there was nothing Venom could do to hurt him but Juggs attacks clearly were not usefull against Brock. Symbiote can be taken down with brute force but it would take him SECONDS to recover, so it hardly counts.

Look at the pages were he's descenting in the liquid. He's apparently very hurt. If I recall correctly, he talked something about the liquid saving him. Care to post the scene? This happened loooong time ago, Johny didn't really have a change to flame him. Recently he has been owned by fire rather easily.

Since when have Toxins been affecting Venom? He's a very twisted person, so it's not unbeliveable that he'd be joking while getting his ass handed to him. If he wasn't really affected by Juggs, why didn't he just get up and continue the fight? Care to post the part where he's in the toxins?

Seconds..? Not sure about that, but pretty fast.. IMO his healing factor is pretty much like Wolverines, he needs time to heal inbetween the blows, exactly why he was owned rather easily in this fight. (Yes, I'm quite aware that he was hearing things, but that only helped Juggs to land the first blow)
