all the scan showed was him hovering, nothing more. The ability to brake at the precise moment is something that you need your brain to do and at those speeds his reactions would not be on par.

While KK may be holding her, it doesnt mean when I blast you all she isnt gonna be knocked out. KK would be alright in the sand and winds but Gamora wont be. So sorry, she gets taken by mother nature. KK who has sand covering him, gets squezed to death by gravity.

[B]

the fact remains that you keep on pretending like DB prime is gonna be your first target, when in fact hes your last and he's in hiding. Your too busy dealing with high winds, a forcefield, gravity effecting everything from making the molten rock lighter, making sand compress your KK, my gaints having gravity to keep them in place in case monolith hits them (your first attack was to get him there, not really to attack with him) either way if he hits us, my gravity controllers keep them firmly in place. My two gaints jump on him and open a can off whoop ass on him. Powerhouse hitting him with zero G punches and Wendigo (class 75 strenght *6) is gonna hurt him ALOT. Your Monolith is not unbeatable or indestructable, and my Wendigos strength *6 will kick his ass plus Zero G punches and Two of my own Jolly Giants. Sorry but my team is a whole lot more versitile and can adapt better than your team. 😉

1) Monolith doesn't need to stop on a dime, I can move faster than you can dodge. I WANT TO RUN INTO YOU. No one on your team could survive the impact save the Monolith clones, and they'd still be knocked for a loop upon impact as well. No one on your team save possibly Powerhouse is agile enough to dodge Monolith or KK. Not to mention the fact that an object the mass of Monolith moving at such high velocity is going to create a very powerful wind current in itself. Even if I don't hit you, the wake he creates is going to toss your teammates everywhere.

2) If KK is carrying Gamora's additional mass, the anti-gravity field of the Legion Flight Ring will bear her as well as KK, and he can fly faster than your winds and has fast enough reaction time to dodge any and all of your blasts.

3) The place where your team is located is not engulfed in a sandstorm, and that is where my team is going to be, because with our superior speed, we can be on your position before your sandstorm attack takes effect. Once Vertigo is in range to use her pulse, it's game over for your team. They won't be able to mount an offensive.

4) Karate Kid knows Duplicate Boy very well, they're teammates, and KK has a VERY acute battlefield awareness. If he sees 2 Giant Duplicate Boys, and 2 other Duplicate Boys using weather powers, it's going to be safe to assume that Duplicate Boy has copied the powers of his teammates. KK's far from an idiot. He can attack any of them because they are psionically linked and the pain feeds back to DB Prime and all members of the Duplicate Collective. Or he can kill DB Prime directly and take out 70% of your teams offense. He knows the position of every player on the battlefield. He could hear a heartbeat from a kilometer away in a jungle, he can deal with this.

5) Your Wendigos are going to be trying to eat EVERYONE on the battlefield. CIS is in effect in this tournament, and you have no way to control your own mindless blood thirsty teammates. Given that DB Prime has no offensive or defensive powers since he's using Multiple Man's powers, a Wendigo is more likely to eat the weakling right next to them as well as attempt to eat Powerhouse and Crystal. You'll be fighting your own teammates.

6) Nothing in your offense can't be overcomed by my team. The sandstorm is of little significance once we get in close quarters with our superior speed, and once we do we have a weapon (Vertigo) which will render every member of your team disoriented and easy to kill. Since you've created this storm, all of your teammates are located in one position in the center of it. Once I get there, and I'll get there very quickly with my superior speed, the pulse goes off, and your team dies.

This has been a good fight B-Dub.

Props man. 👆

I take that part about Powerhouse being able to dodge back. His bio says he flys slowly:

Alex has control over the force of gravity. Particular stunts he has mastered include slowly flying, a high-gravity punch, walking on walls and ceilings by attracting himself to them, and negating the effects of gravity on objects he touches.

No one on your team is fast enough to evade KK or Monolith.

yeah.... while Flying Monolith sounds impressive, when he tries to rush a team of smaller people he's bound to smack himself into the ground.... then having two or three other DB-Monoliths on him i can see him being neutralised

The sandstorm is a good idea... Gamora and Vertigo will certainly be f**ked in the middle of it, leaving only KK.... while i think KK may be able to take out a Monolith or two.... he can't take BW's entire team on his own

voting Blair Wind

damn that was a war! well done to both. i agree with scoob in almost every regard. 3 monoliths won't really need to be experts in power -- they just need to grab him and hit him. realistically, i see it coming down to all of bw's guys v kk and monolith.

great fight, gents! 😉

oh, and db is an f'n beast. not entirely sure that guy should be in this tourney. not sure how anyone will be able to effectively deal with him. the kind of number advantages he grants is difficult to handle.

if he survives facing Khell ..... and i survive dman.... I'll show you how it's done

😎

btw..... i'm freakin' drunk.... i've just spent half the night trying to pick up an air hostess....... i may not have completely succeeded (in this, our first encounter) but i hope to prevail in the future

i like a man who lives up to his sig . . .

😆

If i were a lot older, a lot richer and had a flying suit of battle armour.... Tony Stark would be based on me

😆 😆

I'm damn sure not gonna fall short for a third tourney without one HELL of a fight.

That would be Alex WITHOUT his siblings powers ( one of his sisters specifically) shes the one that enables him to fly at mach speeds

You too 😄

You guys tottally kicked ass this round, cuidos

Blair Wind gets my vote, he really used the landscape to his advantage here. Plus having a few Monoliths on your team really helps out and can even cancel out the main one.

I'm going to echo King Mungi here. Blair takes this one, in my opinion. Good debating on both sides, but the Monolith is pretty crucial here and wins out.

Match closed, Blair Wind takes it, 3-1. (Ion, SS, and the popular) Hell of a fight guys, this was probably the closest match so far. Well done to both of you.

Whoa how did this happen? I wasn't following this thread religiously, but the last time I did, Monolith was totally owning Blair Wind's team by himself and I thought Ill had this easily. Then I come back and BW won!

Damn...I should follow these more often. Sorry guys.
