Live action:
- Boba Fett will certainly be in the series and Rick wants Daniel Logan for the part.
- The series will be on cable.
- He will have a contract for 100 episodes and Rick hopes it will be extend to 400, maybe with Expanded Universe characters after the first 100.
- So no EU character for "now" in the live action show. All the characters will be new ones.
Additional info for the live action series:
- Six screen writers have been hired and will start work in November
- McCallum hopes to have John Williams for the score but it is too early to tell
- Every episode will have it's own original score (If I may editorialize for a moment: They better get John Williams working on that now. That's a heck of a lot of music for 100 episodes let alone 400. Just start writing cool sounding music. We're sure it will work)

The Clone Wars Animated Series:
- The first season will have 21 episodes of 22 minutes. Steve Sansweet has already seen 6 of them.

And if it's gonna have Boba Fett, then you can bet during sweeps week we'll get to see Vader hunt down and skewer a few Padawans.

I know that they said minor or new characters, but Boba Fett is hardly "minor" or "new", is he? I'll bet we'll see Sidious here and there too. 👆

I fear they will now and forever ruin the character of Boba...

Back in the ESB days he was just a cold, calculating mofo that even Vader took the time to warn about restraining himself.

He was a mysterious bounty hunter, and nobody knew where he came from.

But c'mon Queeq, you know that. 😛

Looks Fettisch to me.

I met Daniel Logan at one of his appearances in 2005. He was cool. We talked about how he got recruited: He was seen at the NZ all-blacks juniors team.

Also that the series was gonna be between 3 and 4 and would be bounty hunter-tastic and that the shot of him in the fett suit just prior to ROTS was indeed dual purposed with him playing a young suited Fett in both movie and the series.

Looks like at of those pics in that link aren't of that project as he was talking live-action. And that looks like the clone wars stuff to me. Hopefully Fett'll be in both, then.
Unsurprisingly he had gotten taller and filled out a fair bit since the time since shooting 'clones'.

He autographed my At-At (that was already autographed by Kenny Baker) and I took pictures. I STILL haven't got 'em developed JP...! lol Must get round to that.

It cost me, but was worth it.

Apparently Logan cast doubt on these rumours last month, saying he had not been approached. The interview with Rick seems to have been since then, but you never know with that guy.

I'd keep an open mind about his appearance.
