I don't understand why both shows (Animated and live action) can't just go on SCI-FI.

I mean, frik, EWC, the wrestling WWE show, is on there. Also Anime is on for a couple hours every monday. Both SW shows would be fine there.

But you would think that TV stations would be trying to get this show, think of how many people will watch it.

Depends of course on how much Lucas wants for it, and what the expected ratings are, what their reach is among target audiences. It's all about money.

Know what they are going for with the new tv series? Kids or adults?

Dunno... kids are a big market and parent may watch along.

I think adults would be better, all the people who understand Star Wars best.

Kids buy the merchandise.

Adults buy them for the kids.

They do after they ask. So you aim at kids, they start asking and the parents buy them.
