it didn't state which version of Kingpin this was. And I stated in an earlier post, that if is current KP then Batman wins but if it is Classic Kp then he beats Kingpin.

KP wouldn't be able to take Cap by suprise with his speed and agility, unless KP was extremely fast and agile. Spidey chumpS a lot more humans than he gets chumped by

It's more the fact that he's so large and Cap didn't expect him to be agile. Cap would wreck classic KP, too.

I don't need to read the respect thread, I'm well aware that he's got some good strength feats, smashing concrete, using a heavy barbell to fight with, etc...

None of which is something Batman hasn't encountered and beaten.
