ok in all honesty, that shows more of Scarecrow getting his butt kicked by Daredevil than the Batman vs Kingpin fight.

Kingpin didn't beat him in the crossover. The fight ended very abruptly, but Bats fought him dead-even.

I'm not even considering it a factor, I was just responding to the fact that the scan of the fight just showed one panel where it appeared KP had the upper hand. The fight was really quick, and was pretty even. They didn't see it through to conclusion.

I say Batman wins Because he does. 🙂 I couldn't care less about that crossover.

But they rule fictional places like Gotham City and Metropolis, that don't exist. Kingpin rules New york city, which does exist in the real world. That takes some doing.
