I'd love to say Kingpin but I think bats takes it, but it depends on the location of the fight. In tight quarters like the previous pages showed I think Kingpin would have won eventually. With lots of room to do the gummy bat bounce Batman would eventually take him down.
This makes sense. While Kingpin certainly isn't slow and ponderous, the more inclosed the space is, the more the fight slips over to him. With more room to manuever, Bats can take advantage.
