evil is an abstract term based on religious morality whcih in itself is dubious at best with no merit. so no one is evil and that includes hitler.
but, american scientist have build more destructive technology then any other nation.
Microwave riot control equipment to be used on citizens or locals of other countries....
orbital nuke launch pads in space aka starwars program.
high frequency sonics that can kill or disorient ppl etc etc..
then we have biological weapons as well.
we are also the only country i know to use nukes on civilian population

Just got a terrible phone call. 🙁A friend of mine and his wife had their 3rd child a couple months ago. She was found dead this morning from SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). I can only imagine how they are feeling right now.
My teacher had quadruplets, all of them died.
