I wouldn't say that I have been persecuted "since I was born", due to the part of the country I'm from. I experienced some racism growing up from teachers and cops, and especially when I was in the Army; my DI was a white guy from Arkansas.

"Since I was born" is over the top. Intentionally over the top. In reality, I can count on one hand the number of times my sexuality has been used in a manner to hurt me. And most of those instances weren't directed at me personally, but at a group of us....and several times in the form of shouts from the open window of a moving car....the most cowardly way to confront some one.
And he should have sympathy for another minority. If I called him an ignorant n*gger, I'd be banned. But he calls me fagtastic and it's just another word to everyone. And in all reality, he never fails to comment on my sexuality in every thread he speaks to me. Why does he recieve no warning? Because I'm sure many people consider my open attitude towards my sexuality too much information. I'm sure he thinks it's funny, and I'm all for jokes, I have a great sense of humor. But he thinks I talk about it all the time, and he's the one that always brings it up.
