Klaw uses solid sound constructs and sound blasts... this is much more passive with no visible traces.... by the time she knows about it Phantazia will be all messed up, the shield will be down and she'll be blasted into the ground... plus she'll be deaf which is very disconcerting

Cool, what it tells me is that Vin can't stop a sonic attack she doesn't know is coming (which is logical due to the speed sound travels at and the fact that you can't see it) or else she wouldn't have needed to absorb and redirect it.... she would just have blocked it
Vindicator, however, is not the primary target - Phantazia is ..... hitting everyone else with the sonics is really just a bonus and a short term advantage.... once PZ is shaken up it's back to the hard hitting attacks

how would he know which character is phantazia, after all all my characters invisible, and if his scanners managed to pick something up he wouldn't know who they were. also, how would he know to target phantazia in the first place...tony has never met eileen before and he only gets their names during prep, not knowledge of the character.

He doesn't, he's just prioritising the one that's covering everyone else with a protective field..... once the sonics mess her up it will simple to trace the bio-electric field back to it's origin... then bang... she's dead!

3)how will he trace the cloaking field back to it's origin when each field is separate
4)then bang...the beam gets stopped by a force-field
so basically in this fight.....
vindicator rushes iron-man, mimic after TS, eileen(phantazia) after charcoal, and aurora after hermod.
hermod gets taken out quickly because 1)he can't see aurora, 2)auroras in a powerful force-field, 3)aurora has the reaction time and speed to dodge anything hermod throws 4)hermod doesn't have the room to use his speed 5) aurora has two powerful ranged attacks 6)auroras attacks move at the speed of light. basically it takes like a minute or two to take hermod out and throw him off the train
now phantazia just basically pushes charcoal off the field with a force-field and has aurora use her light blasts to keep him off. now with vin and iron-man, tony will only get small glimpses of her at best with his scanners...hardly a good shot. now with her being able to raise the temperature above his melting point, as well as batter him with large pieces of rock...he will easily wear down, and with her being able to absorb his energy attacks it's just a matter of time before he goes down...especially with the help of aurora. basically in the first two minutes it's my team VS TS and IM.

About 2 of those powers are backed up by the AoA comics.... the rest you're just basin on 616 Aurora.... they aren't the same character and you've already admitted yourself that they don't have the same powers

4) he only has to keep moving, his superior maneuverability will make it impossible for Aurora to hit him
5) only one has been shown so far (electrical)... and that was only from a couple of feet away.... plus Asgardians are highly resistant to electricity
6) because a laser moves at the speed of light doesn't mean you can target someone moving at high mach speeds.... much slower street level guys avoid people's aim all the time

Alright, voting for Scoob (and no bias involved). Just thought he solidified his argument a bit better. SF changing tactics, phatazia's and mimic's "if's", and an inexpicable (if expected) tangent on what Storm can and can't absorb, all add up to me liking Scoob's argument a bit better.
My condolences to SF though, what with the funeral happening during all this. Well fought. There were permutations of the battle I could see working in SF's favor, but there were many more where it seemed like Scoob would win. And some of the best arguments I heard for SF were from leo and Mungi....SF did a good job too, but that's never a good sign.
Good luck in the finals, whoever wins this match. And good luck to Blair as well. Part of me will be pulling for the KMC Authority member, but part of me also wants to see someone new take this tourney. Scoob doesn't need another one of these, after all. 😛

nope your wrong. aurora wasn't expecting an attack, didn't see the attack, wasn't fighting anyone, and was hit from behind

he doesn't have the maneuverability, and you've admitted this. when auroras attacks move faster than hermod can react and run he's going to get hit because he doesn't have the space to keep dodging

rocks must be the easiest thing to dodge on the entire battlefield... she should be more worried about repulsor fire than rocks
huge boulders won't be all that easy to dodge, and they won't give him the luxury to concentrate on trying to find phantazia. also, heather can absorb any energy thrown her way.
