Just letting everyone know, this'll be up for a bit longer today, as we have a big 1 vote so far.

hmm, i'll be in the minority no doubt, but i'm gonna give an edge to sf. i just see the fight becoming 4-3. i still don't think hermod would be able to see aurora, and even if im uses sonics i don't think they'd take out vin who could hold him long enough for everyone else in the battle to get their bearings back. basically i see aurora taking out hermod. from there it's tough, but i think 4-3 advantage is tough to overcome, and i just don't see hermod having room to dodge aurora.

i understand digi's point -- scoob's was the more . . . easily readable of the 2 arguments, but i think sf did a pretty good job of adapting and evolving plans. that is a viable tactic in these things.

really though, for me, it boils down to hermod not being effective in this environment and being taken out giving sf the numbers advantage.

no, she's not connected to the fields...just controlling/manipulating them. he'll never figure out she's controlling them because there is no trace of energy back to her. also...how would he know the reason she's invisible?

1)the force is weakened by a forcefield
2)phantazia can manipulate her teammates bio-electricity so no one will be able to hear the sound waves. when your deaf your chlocea(or whatever they are called) don't work or vibrate.

she wasn't killed by the car. your teammates would have been hit too if 1)they weren't even fighting anyone 2)weren't expecting an attack 3)wasn't aware that another attacker was around and 4)got hit from behind

not when she has superhuman reaction time and reflexes as well

They're not being used to "take out" anyone... just disorientate causing the shield control to drop and making everyone dizzy/nauseous which will give IM all the advantage he needs to, then, take one or two of them out

i've already explained why sonics won't work. sonic attacks are soundwaves, which wouldn't work against someone who couldn't hear.

no, vin absorbed the sonic attacks and released it back stronger. also vin herself uses sonics and comes out unharmed so sonics don't affect her

2) Again....(for the third or forth time) hearing is irrelevent, even deaf people get dizzy or seasick... the same thing is happening here, except this is more extreme...... and you didn't even have to get onto a boat

Giving a small edge to Scoobless, though. Just a tiny-weeny one. Iron Man is extremely effective.

My vote goes for scoob , nothing personal Sf but it sounds like your spouting gibberish. I noticed (and pointed out) the flaws within your arguments. Also scoob has scans backing him up and you have your word.

The fact that she can hear inside her force field shows that sound waves get through to her with absolutely no problem.... which is EXACTLY what IM is using here... not concussive sound blasts that can be blocked or absorbed

she creates separate fields around her teammates...there is no connection between her field and her teammates. there are separate fields around all if your opponents, tony has no way of delegating who is controlling the fields. also, you still haven't answered how he would figure out how the team is invisible.

yes, deaf people get dizzy...but not from a sonic attack. the only way for a sonic attack to work is if the hairs in your ear vibrate extremely fast. now when you have someone like phantazia disabling those hairs so they won't move the sonic attack becomes infective.

no, your not understanding. aurora is invisible, so he won't know where the attack is coming from. her attacks move faster than he can register, so it only takes 2 or 3 blasts to tag him. either way charcoal and hermod are taken out in the first 2 minutes leaving it 2 against 4. major advantage to my team. right now your whole strategy is based on whether or not the sonics work...without them your screwed, and I've already explained why they won't work.
