Her only powers are electrical-based
I'm not saying she can't be invisible ..... to certain people
It's the way she does it that wont necessarily work.... you've claimed that she directly affects the eyes of the people she doesn't want to see her and you've also claimed she uses a general cloak
the eye thing wont work for the many reasons we've been over, the cloak thing wont fool Iron Man and he'll be able to take her out through her crappy force field

The Guardsmen were designed by Stark... they've hardly been updated since they first appeared decades ago and IM's current armour is about 50 generations more advanced than them..... there's almost no comparison whatsoever

the cloak thing will work, they've worked on his suits before...and since he didn't know her powers he wouldn't have been able to design his suits to protect himself against her certain power.

doesn't really matter what your answer is..... if, on the off chance they can stop IM's attacks (pfffft... yeah right!), then he just uses sound attacks to wreck her concentration which will shut down the field.... as well as wrecking the balance and concentration of everyone she'd been shielding

No, Tony never gave away designs that were close to the Iron Man model he was using at the time..... if he was on his fifth suit he might have given them something comparable to his first suit... maybe less so as he knows how dangerous that tech can be

they were...and tony didn't know phantazia shut down his armor, so he couldn't have profided protection against her specific power

the point is that she has easily shut down his suit very easily, and that his technology was nothing more than a bother to her

no matter, phantazia makes her team deaf, and even if she couldn't sonics don't affect vindicator, so she coud protect her team, and take the oppurtunity to attack your teammates.
IM blasts all your guys a few times each then stops the sonics so my team can finish them off
IM doesn't have a full clear shot on my guys, and pieces of rock will be intercepting the blasts, so instead of hitting their target they hit chunks of rock instead. and don't forget...your team will be just as screwed up as mine if the attack even works on my team due to phantazia
