well, last time i saw thing and spidey fight, thing never laid a hand on him. also, is thing just as "solid" on the inside? I'm pretty sure he is, but if he isn't slade, could easily win...
spidey is faster then thing and slade is faster then spidey considering slade dodges machine gun fire like a joke while spidey got hit by the punisher, anyway i think slades agility is pretty good maybe not as good as spideys but he did evade superman for at least a while he can jump i think 20 meters in the air and such. Thing wining this is highly unlikely is it impossible? No take away slade's weapons and he has a better chance but then again Slade has gone hand to hand with WW and not been thrashed sooooooo you make up your mind yeah i know this guy is a walking plot device and jobber aura machine but darn he got WAY TO many feats like this to just throw out.

without prep time i really dont see slade coming out with an easy victory, but i dont see him f*cking up and allowing thing to come out with a victory at all... so i give it to slade, if only by a little.

That and a bag of chips kid. Spidey's reactions are almost immediate. After The Other, he's even quicker now. Also, Slade has the advantage of knowing his opponents, and how dumb they are. Saying that he can tag the Flash speaks more for his intelligence and battle savy than it does for his reflexes. Either way, Spidey's reflexes are off the chart.
So, here we have determined that Ben Grimm has fought many tougher opponents than Slade before, and come out with victories. There has been no PROOF in this thread that Slade can beat Thing, but only guesswork and assumption. So, Slade may get some good hits in, but in the end. Ben's gonna make Slade make a mistake (an arrow in the bad eye evidently can piss off a man who is the greatest strategist in DC) and then he's gonna pound Slade until he's mush. The more than likely winner of this fight is:
