Thing vs Colossus

toss up. Unless there are any scans, of them fighting before, I'd say they have about the same strength. Even though Thing is held in higher regard in the marvel universe.

The closest they came to fighting was armwrestling match they had when Piotr was a teenager. They split wins.

FTR Ben is much stronger now than he was then too...

Ben is the better overall combatant he does take the majority.

I used to think Ben was a better fighter. But after reviewing skill showings Colossus is also the better fighter.

Ben Grimm has some pretty uber feats. Colossus is more durable, has superior stamina, and if I had to pick who was stronger I'd probably lean towards Colossus. I give it to him. Excellent fight.

Ben has more heart.

Colossus was upgraded to class 100 by Marvel not too long ago. (Explanation was that the old class 70 applied when he was a teenager). He has DANGER ROOM training and is MUCH stronger than the Thing now.

As much as I love the Thing and root for him when he fights Hulk/Juggs/etc., Colossus whoops his butt and paints a picture of Thing's broken body afterwards.

how is he much stronger?

colossus is a low class 100 , not nearly in the big leagues

not strong enough to put thing down for a majority

i think things got some decent showing against high end class 100's
namor,hulk,thor,hercules etc

Same goes for Colossus.

Moses Magnum, S'ym, Hulk(when he was a teenager at that), WWH, Juggernaut on multiple occasions, etc...

And I don't remember how high it was, but I don't think Thing could fromfall 1 1/2-2 miles and walk away unharmed.
