Thing: Superhuman Class 90

Colossus is stronger.
😕
Not sure where you got the info from but if your going to use it to support your side in reference to strength your going to have to take the info for it all
Strength... Colossus/CL100 > The THING/CL90
Speed... Colossus/Athlete < The THING/Enhanced human
Durability/Stamina... Colossus/Meta human < The THING/Super human
Agility... Colossus/Athlete > The THING/Normal
Reflexes... Colossus/Athlete < The THING/Peak human
Fighting skills... Colossus/Excellent in hand to hand trained by Logan < The THING/Excellent in hand to hand trained in Boxing and Wrestling (wrestling is much more than just hand to hand...take downs...holds...submissions...etc.)
It looks like through your info Snoop Ben is the clear cut winner "Once and for all" and it may surprise you... I concur!
Ben wins 7/10
😉

Thanks for that... Per that info meta is above super I've always thought it was the other way around. Although the intelligence of Ben is no doubt way off... How many "Brilliant" military test pilots/astronauts have had an average intellect? Guess he's the 1st.
And as far as Colossus durability he has definitely been concussed. Which per this info says he cant be.
I guess there's still not a definitive winner when will MARVEL end this nonsense. ( Maybe when the BP,Namor,Storm/Xmen come after Tony and Reed...please...please...MARVEL make it so).

In non-comic book areas, Super is above Meta. But, according to the Marvel Universe Handbook Master Edition, compliments of ImmortalThor.com, Marvel considers Meta above Super. For some reason.

But, even aside from the listed stats of these two guys, I say Ben wins.
The difference between clas 90 and class 100 is, of course, 10 %.
In our terms, that would be like one guy being able to lift 300 lb, and his opponent being able to lifet 270 lb.
First of all, anybody that has been in a fight, knows that this kind of difference means absolutely NOTHING!
Here is another exclamation point for that... !
Also, as I have said, didn't Colossus get his butt handed to him easily by Champion? And, wasn't Ben able to keep going on and on?
And, even if Piotr's skills have improved over time, why and how would you explain to all of us that Ben's skills have not also improved, keeping him ABOVE Colossus?
Ben is a better fighter. More heart. Can take more punishment Mentally and Physically, equating to more Heart.
Faster, and just as strong as Colossus.
Kiss my Rubbly Butt.

Originally posted by HorrificusThat was a boxing match only. Thing was the only guy with a Boxing background so naturally he would do better. And Ben has always been portrayed as a adult his whole tenure. Colossus was just a punk teenager when he fought Champion. He's bigger and stronger than that match. And if you want to use that example I'll use the Juggernaut and Gladiator examples of Thing getting trashed. Here is another exclamation point for that... !

Edge still to Colossus imo.

Well, I have seen Collossus almost die from having some tiny little dagger holes cut him, due to "losing energy", as quotedby Magneto.
That's pretty lame.
And, no matter who has more boxing experience, Thing still was obviously able to take much more punishment than Colossus did against Champion.
Which, is my point with the "Heart" comment. I was actually talking more about Thing's ability to take punishment and keep going.
I don't think Colossus has the tools to actuall beat down the Thing.

I could also say that while Thing was only able last a total of three hits against Juggernaut a young Colossus managed to last a few rounds.
Why does everyone knock the Thing for the juggernaut fight, after fighting 98 villans, spider man probably could of taken him down. Not to mention lets not even bring juggernaut into it, I know someone has to have a scan somewhere of the bar fight between juggernaut and colossus, colossus runs his mouth and gets udderly owned by Juggy with little to no effort at all. Everyone says the fighting skills dont matter compared to strength, if thats the case then how does wolverine beat so many people only being able to life(press) 800 lbs? Simply because of his fighting skills. Ben is part of the greatest superhero team ever assembled, they didnt get that label for being pushovers. Its almost same principle as thor, yes there may be people strong, but those centuries of fighting experience come in real handy when in combat, espically H2H. Im giving this 10/10 to the ever lovin' blue eyed thing for the fact that hes too damn stubborn to quit and wont stop until colossus is unconscious.

😆 get the hell outa here.
You do understand that Thing was powered up during the time he was fighting the villains, and was returned to normal when he fought Cain. 😆
As much as Colossus was getting owned he still didn't get dropped in three. 😆
Cain, who is supposed to be unstoppable. Yes back to normal. I was bringing up the fact, he has owned colossus just as eaisly so that was a mute point in the matter. Still in a Thing vs. Colossus, Ill give it to blue eyes, hes got the stubborn head to stupid to quit or heart as others may call it, that alone puts him ahead. Hell it worked for rocky balboa why cant it work for grimm?
what advantage does thing hold over colossus besides a slight fight skill edge?
I use to be a thing suporter for this battle until I realize that colossus had a huge agility advantage and that colossus fighting poweress was a lot closser to thing then people seem to think.
also colossus has the durability edge and a think a slight strength edge.
Originally posted by capt it upAlso, he has never been owned by Wolverine... unlike some rock monsters...

Originally posted by HorrificusMore experience means you know how to defend yourself better. Colossus took alot of Champions punches but manged to keep his jaw in tact and wasn't bleeding from the face either. Thing spent a few months in the hospital also with broken limbs. And the most important thing is Colossus didn't quit! The ref stopped the fight, like he should have did to Ben.
And, no matter who has more boxing experience, Thing still was obviously able to take much more punishment than Colossus did against Champion.
