Get the story correct. Thing was amped up bigtime during those fights. He was put back down to normal before he fought Juggy and was owned properly.

He spilled his drink on Juggernaut cause he was TOO DRUNK TO STAND STRAIGHT and then he bacially said he was sorry. How is that running your mouth? Still even DRUNK off his @ss did better than Thing did against Juggernaut as he actually landed a shot. There is no on panel proof that Juggernauts first shot he landed put Colossus down. In one panel you can see them slugging it out. And Colossus was actually up on his feet still armored right after Juggy left.

That's why they are the "Greatest".
But, if they were dorky, and lost all the time, and couldn't pull their weight in a fight, they would just be called "Uncanny" or "Astonishing".

Fantatic Four comics sales are way below any X-title and it's been like that for 30 years. That speaks for itself. The FF is boring as hell. I do read Ult. FF though.

And your not gonna get under my skin cause I read 75% DC comics.

Thing was at normal when he fought juggernaut and got owned, colossus was at normal at a bar fought juggernaut and got owned, weather he was mouthing off, saying sorry, whatever. The point I was making was that both have been owned by juggernaut in their "normal" forms, so its mute to try to bring up a juggernaut fight between either of them considering he has owned them both "properly" with them at their normal levels. Story is strait, Juggernaut has beaten them both,so theres no reason to bring him up, since neither are conflicting with him.

No where did I say the fantastic four ,were the greatest comics ever. I said they are "the greatest superhero team ever assembled" a label I did not personally give them.

So once again I give my vote, to the Thing.

Well Thing has always been at his phycical peak in comics. Colossus was just a 19 year old punk during the bar fight. Colossus still did better than Thing did and I brought it up cause somebody brought up the Champion fight. People seem to forget that Colossus has not always been at his peak in comics. So his fights from his earlier days are not good evidence to use against him.

Colossus fought Juggy three times and did better than Thing did in his only encounter. Colossus was actually beatin the crap out of Juggy before the building fell on him.

I agree with Accel, Colossus was pummelled by The Champion easily in one round. Thing held is own against an elder of the universe for three rounds. He's has more fight experience as a hero and as a down and dirty street fighter befire his super-hero days. Besides he much better looking.

Yet when he fought Juggernaut he was only able to last 3 hits while Colossus lasted much longer.

Where did you get he has much more fighting experience?

More experience means you know how to defend yourself better. Colossus took alot of Champions punches but manged to keep his jaw in tact and wasn't bleeding from the face either. Thing spent a few months in the hospital also with broken limbs. And the most important thing is Colossus didn't quit! The ref stopped the fight, like he should have did to Ben.

He didn't keep on going when he fought Juggernaut....or even Gladiator. Colossus didn't go down like Thing did.

The Champion fight has been dealt with. If your gonna use that I'll use the Gladiator and Juggernaut fights where they mauled Thing.

Yet when Thing had his chance against Cain Marko, he fell in three. Answer me this, how long did Colossus last with Cain? oh yea, a hell of a lot longer than three hits 😆

Did Thing ever stand toe to toe with Gladiator? no, but I do believe he stood face to toe with him. 😆

You mean the same Gladiator that was at full confidence and that KO'ed Ben with one punch? Yeah he could easily do the same to Colossus at that power level

He coulda, shoulda, woulda, but he didn't. While Thing was ko'd with a single punch Colossus was able to take him to his max.

How do you know Gladiators level of confidence? I mean Colossus swung that huge pillar and smashed it over Glads but he just stood there with his arms on his hips like it was nothing. Byrne wrote/co-wrote both stories too I think.

I think Marvel officially wrote an article depicting how Colossus was extremely weak compared to the Thing, and how Colossus is just a Big, Shiny Girl.
