Hulk is like cancer. He is very beatable if you get him early.
That is why many beings who exceeded Hulk's start power (like abomination) rendered Hulk unconscience with some severe blows to the head. Even Namor who is a heck of a lot weaker than Supes rendered Hulk unconscience with a severe head blow. Mixed this in with more speed, flight, and other powers and then anyone can see that Hulk can't beat Superman. And by the way I am a Hulk fan and not a Superman one. But I always try to be objective.
Remember strength doesn't equal durability.
