But Jin is on Ryu's level in speed and strength, and if you want to compare something to hadouken then devil Jin destroyed entire forest with minimum efforts. That is canon by the way.

But it is clear that in SF3: Third Imapct, Ryu is already at power level what he would have become if he would become Evil Ryu or he would give himself into Satsu no hadou.
He rejected it, now he is over that and has come at power level when he was Evil Ryu, even withou Satsu no hadou.
That is why now Akuma think Ryu achieved something that was thought to be impossible and also believe that even with Satsu no hadou, Ryu will become what Akuma eagerly awaits.

I really don't think so. Fighting a lot of opponents at the same time is not a very big deal for characters like Ryu or Jin especially if they were ordinary fighters.
Honostly, I don't remeber Ryu doing something that Jin can't. I mean strength or speed feats.

No, I haven't said he achieved the level of Akuma of now. I said that in SF3: Third Impact, Ryu is more powerful than Akuma from SFA and Akuma there sank the island.
Akuma now is clearly more powerful than he was in SFA.
